The episode starts with Kashvi telling Arjun that she came to visit her friend, who is a teacher. Arjun doesn’t believe her and says he knows she comes every day just to catch a glimpse of Karun. Kashvi tries to leave, but Arjun asks if she wants to attend Karun’s annual day function. Kashvi gets emotional and asks how she can do that. Arjun gives her a pass to the event but tells her to sit in a spot where Karun won’t see her. He mentions that today is Karun’s first performance.
Arjun later meets Neelam’s doctor and asks about her. Dr. Kothari explains that Neelam had malaria, and Pradyuman discharged her from the hospital. After a few days, Pradyuman returned and said Neelam had died, so the doctor issued a death certificate. Arjun becomes suspicious and decides to investigate.
In the afternoon, Jagdish asks where Karun is. Arjun tells him that Karun is at school, rehearsing for a dance performance with Meera. Jagdish is okay with that, and Nitya offers to serve lunch, but Arjun says he’ll eat later and leaves.
Arjun then goes to Pradyuman’s house and asks Swati if she is the lady of the house (Bhabhi ji). Swati says she’s not, but just a servant. Arjun compliments her, saying she’s so beautiful that he thought she was Bhabhi ji. He then goes inside and calls for Pradyuman. Swati tells him Pradyuman is at the gym. Arjun realizes that’s why he came now. He asks Swati to make tea while he waits. As Swati makes tea, Arjun sneaks into Pradyuman’s room to look for evidence. Swati catches him and asks if he’s a thief instead of Pradyuman’s friend. Arjun distracts her and runs away, heading to the basement. He sees Pradyuman entering a hidden door in the basement and notes that Pradyuman seems familiar with the place, indicating he’s been there before. Arjun decides to leave and investigate later.
As Arjun leaves, he accidentally bumps into Kashvi. Kashvi asks what he’s doing there, and Arjun begs her to lie to Pradyuman, saying he was just getting a file from her. Kashvi refuses to lie, but Arjun pleads with her, asking her to trust that he’s not doing anything wrong. Just then, Pradyuman arrives and angrily grabs Arjun’s collar. Kashvi covers for Arjun, saying he was there to get a file because they’re working on the same case. Arjun takes the file and leaves. Afterward, Kashvi asks Pradyuman why he was so angry. Pradyuman explains that Swati told him someone had entered his room to search for something. Arjun leaves the house.
Later, Jagdish meets with someone about a project and leaves. Kashvi confronts Arjun about why he was at Pradyuman’s house. Arjun makes excuses, but Kashvi insists on the truth. Arjun finally tells her that something isn’t right with Pradyuman, and that he’s betraying her. He warns that she isn’t safe with Pradyuman. Meanwhile, a truck driver talks to someone on the phone, saying Jagdish is in front of him. The driver hits Jagdish with his truck, leaving him injured. People gather around, and Jagdish asks them to inform his son, Arjun.
Kashvi argues with Arjun, accusing him of thinking all the men in her life are bad. Arjun defends himself, saying he was right about Aditya and is now suspicious of Pradyuman. Just then, Arjun gets a call from Jagdish’s phone. The caller tells him about Jagdish’s accident. Arjun asks the caller to take Jagdish to the hospital and inquires about the location. The caller says they’re in Goregaon, and Arjun assures him they’ll get there quickly. Kashvi insists on going with Arjun.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Arjun that Jagdish was brought in on time but may have a blood clot. The doctor advises them to go to Delhi to get special medicine. A nurse explains that the medicine, which is in injection form, must be kept in a box that maintains a specific temperature. Kashvi takes the box, and Arjun calls Nitya to inform her about their father’s accident.
