Yeh Hai Chahatein Written Episode Update 9th August 2024: Pradyuman Faces Surprise Proposal from Kashvi
The episode starts with Meera looking at a photo of Mohan. Suddenly, Karun throws a ball, breaking the photo frame. Meera takes his video game and demands an apology, but Karun refuses. Arjun steps in, locking Karun in a room and telling him he won’t get food until he apologizes. Meanwhile, Kashvi sees Pradyuman somewhere unexpected.
Earlier: Arjun is leaving for work and asks Meera if she not going to school. Meera says she still on her marriage leave and thanks him for covering her with a blanket. After Arjun leaves, Meera tries to get Karun ready for school. Karun rudely tells her he doesn’t care about her. Meera insists she his new mother, but Karun says he doesn’t need her. Nitya arrives and offers to buy Karun a new video game instead of sending him to school, ignoring Meera concerns. Meera, frustrated, thinks Karun needs to go to school to learn some manners.
Kashvi confronts Nagesh, asking why Devraj has returned and what he planning. Nagesh reveals that their boss is planning a big attack on August 15th in Faridabad. Before he dies, he tells Kashvi that more information is available at the Sunrise Hotel in Delhi, room 420. Kashvi quickly gathers her team and heads to Delhi. When they arrive, they search the room but find nothing. Pradyuman shows up, shocking Kashvi as she recalls him being in a coma after a fight with Arjun. Pradyuman claims he there on business and denies any involvement in anti-national activities. Though they find nothing, Kashvi is suspicious and plans to keep an eye on Pradyuman, discussing her concerns with Raunaq Sir.
Back home, Meera finds a note from Arjun saying she can store her belongings in half of the wardrobe and that she’ll soon have her own space. She appreciates Arjun’s thoughtfulness and starts organizing her things. While looking at Mohan’s photo, Meera says she misses him and that, despite what others say, he’ll always be her husband in her heart. Karun throws a ball, breaking the photo frame, and demands the ball back. Meera asks him to apologize for breaking the frame, but Karun takes the ball and leaves, complaining to Nitya that his new stepmother is too strict. Meera takes his video game and explains to Nitya that Karun broke her photo frame and hurt her feelings but refused to apologize. Arjun supports Meera, insisting that Karun apologize. Nitya tries to defend Karun, but Arjun stands firm, saying Karun has become spoiled and needs to learn manners. He locks Karun in a room and refuses to let him out or eat until he says sorry, ignoring Nitya pleas.
Later, Kashvi visits Pradyuman again, offering a business proposal. She knows he wants to open a textile factory in Faridabad but lacks funds. She proposes becoming his business partner and funding the project. Pradyuman is surprised, doubting she can afford it. Kashvi explains that her mentor, Samrat, left her all his property after his death, and she hasn’t used the money yet because she didn’t know where to invest it. She sees this project as a good opportunity to create jobs and asks if he’s interested. Pradyuman agrees, and they toast to their partnership. Kashvi secretly plans to keep a close watch on him.
Arjun later apologizes to Meera on Karun behalf and gives her a new photo frame. Meera asks him not to be too harsh on Karun.
