Yeh Hai Chahatein Written Episode Update 13th August 2024: Secrets Unravel and Drama Unfolds
Nitya asks Karun how his first day at school was. Karun sadly tells her that everyone made fun of him, and no one wanted to be his friend. Nitya reassures him, saying that soon, everyone will be his friend. To cheer him up, she takes him out for some fun.
Meanwhile, Pradyumna suggests to Kaashvi that they go out for dinner. Kaashvi agrees and asks to go to a Chinese restaurant, thinking she needs to gather information from Pradyumna about the bomb blast that happened on August 15th. At the same time, Arjun surprises Meera with some jalebis. Meera is thrilled, hugs him, and asks if they can go to a Chinese restaurant. Arjun agrees, and they head out together.
At the restaurant, Kaashvi and Pradyumna are waiting for their table when Arjun and Meera walk in. The manager informs Pradyumna that their table is ready. Pradyumna then invites Arjun and Meera to join them for a double date. Kaashvi isn’t happy about it and pulls Pradyumna aside, saying she’s too hungry and doesn’t want to eat with Arjun and Meera. Despite her feelings, Arjun agrees to the double date, and Pradyumna asks Kaashvi to relax.
Once seated, Kaashvi and Arjun order the same soup. Pradyumna holds Kaashvi’s hand, reminding her that they’ve been on many dates like this before. This irritates Arjun, who responds by saying he spends time with Meera at home, and they even cook together. Pradyumna then asks Arjun about their honeymoon plans, but Meera explains that they haven’t planned anything because Karun had to start school.
Pradyumna, trying to provoke Arjun, mentions that he’s planning to take Kaashvi to Paris. He then asks Arjun if he ever took Kaashvi to romantic places. Arjun responds, saying that romantic places are for unromantic people. To further provoke him, Pradyumna feeds Kaashvi some soup, and in return, Arjun feeds Meera.
Feeling overwhelmed, Kaashvi excuses herself to go to the washroom. Arjun, wanting an excuse to follow her, deliberately spills juice on his shirt and pretends it was an accident. He then goes to the washroom and finds Kaashvi crying. She tells him he’s in the ladies’ washroom, but he insists he came to talk to his ex-wife, who is pregnant. Kaashvi refuses to talk to him, but Arjun stands firm, saying he won’t leave until she admits she’s pregnant with his child.
Back at the table, Pradyumna comments to Meera that he thinks Arjun purposely spilled juice on his shirt just to see Kaashvi. He adds that he can still see love for Kaashvi in Arjun’s eyes. He asks Meera if this bothers her. Meera calmly responds that it takes time to forget the past and that there’s no right or wrong in love. Suddenly, she feels dizzy and starts looking for something in her bag. Pradyumna offers her some water and then goes to the washroom to inform Arjun that Meera isn’t feeling well.
Concerned, Arjun hurries back to Meera and asks her what’s wrong. Meera assures him that she’s fine, and he takes care of her. Seeing this, Kaashvi feels upset.
The next day at school, some students play a prank on Karun.
