The episode begins with Arjun calling Nitya to inform her about something serious. He tells her not to worry but shares that their dad, Jagdish, has been in an accident and is currently undergoing surgery. Arjun asks Nitya not to tell Meera and Karun about it. He also mentions that he is going to Delhi to get a special medicine for their dad. Nitya, feeling anxious, decides she can’t just stay at home and rushes out of the house to head to the hospital.
When Nitya reaches the road, she and Romila end up stopping the same taxi. Nitya tells Romila she urgently needs the taxi, but Romila insists she stopped it first and should go first. They start arguing, and people gather around to watch. In the heat of the moment, Romila steps on Nitya’s foot and tries to get into the taxi, but Nitya grabs her, pushes her away, and insults her by calling her a “naagin” (snake). Angered, Romila slaps Nitya, and Nitya becomes furious.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Kashvi are on their way back to the hospital when the nurse calls to inform them that a blood clot is forming and they need to hurry. Arjun asks the driver to drive faster, but the ambulance suddenly breaks down. The driver suggests they take another car because the ambulance won’t start. Arjun starts to panic, but Kashvi remains calm and suggests they find a cab.
Back on the road, Nitya sees a police officer and pretends to be scared, accusing Romila of harassing her and claiming that Romila is dangerous and wants to kill her. Nitya asks the gathered crowd for help, and they confirm that Romila slapped her. Romila tries to explain that it was a misunderstanding, but Nitya insists on filing an assault complaint. The police arrest Romila, and Nitya smiles, satisfied with the outcome.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Kashvi struggle to find a ride, but Kashvi finally manages to stop a car by telling the driver that she’s pregnant and needs to get to the hospital. The driver agrees to give them a lift.
At home, Dadi is shocked when the police arrive and arrest Romila. The inspector explains that Romila slapped someone, which led to her arrest. Nitya then arrives and admits that she filed the complaint. She taunts Dadi, saying that if she wants Romila out of jail, she should clean Nitya’s expensive sandal. Dadi, feeling helpless, agrees to do it, but Micky and Keval try to stop her, saying they will hire a lawyer to get Romila out on bail. However, Dadi insists that Nitya is too powerful, and she has no choice but to comply.
Just as Dadi is about to clean Nitya’s sandal, Kashvi arrives and stops her. Nitya, annoyed, realizes that Kashvi is trying to spoil her fun. Kashvi confronts Nitya, asking if she enjoys troubling her Dadi. Nitya coldly tells Kashvi to clean her sandal if she wants Romila out of jail. Kashvi reluctantly agrees and is about to clean the sandal with wet wipes, but Nitya cruelly demands she use her pallu (the end of her sari) instead. As Kashvi is about to do so, Arjun arrives and stops her.
