The filming of Son of Sardaar 2, the sequel to the 2012 action-comedy film, is going full steam ahead. Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, and the rest of the cast have been working in the UK for the past few weeks. Recently, Mrunal shared some highlights from co-actor Sharat Saxena’s birthday celebration on the set in Scotland.
Mrunal Thakur posted a video on her Instagram Stories showing Sharat Saxena cutting several delicious cakes for his birthday. The celebration took place against the beautiful backdrop of Scotland. Ajay Devgn, Mrunal, Vindu Dara Singh, and other crew members were there, clapping and cheering. Sharat expressed his thanks by folding his hands and saying thank you. Mrunal also wrote, “Janam din mubarak” in her Stories.
Earlier, Ajay Devgn shared a video of the team’s Independence Day celebration. On August 15, he posted a clip on Instagram of himself hoisting the Indian flag, surrounded by the cast and crew. He captioned the video, “Away from home, family, and our country on this special day, but celebrating India’s greatness, spirit, and the strength of our people from here feels just as meaningful and powerful. Happy Independence Day from TEAM #SOS2.”
