Shaitani Rasmein Written Episode Update 14th August 2024: Nikki’s Freedom
The episode begins with Nethra asking Malik if he’s thinking about Nikki. Malik says he isn’t some love-struck boy and explains that he has something much more serious on his mind. He mentions that Maha Shaitaan is getting old and won’t be able to keep his throne for much longer. Meanwhile, Maha Shaitaan tells his followers that he senses greed and rebellion coming from Malik. Malik admits that Maha Shaitaan has caught onto his plans and reveals that he wants to become the new Maha Shaitaan, not just a regular Shaitaan. Maha Shaitaan warns his followers that they need to make it clear to Malik that he can’t just take over his throne. Nethra reminds Malik that Maha Shaitaan has many powerful soldiers, but Malik is confident that his shaitaani dogs will take care of them. He then creates these demonic dogs and orders them to prevent any power, whether shaitaan or god, from entering.
The Gehlots come across the burnt ashes of Prateik. Aarohi approaches Piyush, expressing her relief that Nikki will be punished today. She blames both Malik and Nikki for Prateik’s death.
The Gehlots return to the palace and see Nikki arriving in bridal attire. She goes inside and calls out for Piyush. Piyush confronts her, saying that Malik had trapped his soul there and that she had caused his death. He expresses his hatred for her because of everything she did to them. Nikki cries as Nethra tells her to leave. Nikki walks away, praying to God for help.
Malik, meanwhile, looks at a picture of Swarnprabha and reflects on how thousands of years have passed since he last met her. He says that he has defeated her and now wants to make her feel that defeat. He approaches the bed, sees someone standing there, and as he gets closer, he realizes it’s not Nikki. The woman gets burned and dies. Nikki then arrives with Nethra, and Malik tells her to leave. Nikki thanks God for saving her from Malik and tells Piyush that he misunderstood her. She says she would have fought Malik but would never let him touch her because she belongs only to Piyush.
Vikram tells Sumitra that they have lost everything, and Bhavani wonders how the young prince could bear to send his wife to another man. Malik tells Nethra that he mistook her for Nikki and that when he got close to her, she burned to death. Nethra asks why he sent Nikki away, and Malik explains that if Nikki had been in her place, the same thing would have happened to her. He reminds Nethra that he is not human but a devil with the power of centuries of fire. Nethra then reveals that Nikki is actually Swarnprabha, the queen of white magic’s power. Malik responds that Nikki is just an ordinary person in this life and that if he wants to be with her, he must turn her back into Swarnprabha.
Nikki returns home and calls out for Piyush. Nethra arrives and calls everyone together. Malik then announces that everything has changed and that the old shaitaani rituals will no longer be followed.
