Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak Written Episode Update 8th August 2024: Rageshwari Acknowledges Vedika True Identity
Sagar talks about making Vedika the daughter-in-law of the family, but then corrects himself, saying he meant Jhanvi. Rageshwari responds, saying she thought Sagar wanted Vedika to be the daughter-in-law, but she realizes it’s actually Vedika desire. Sagar explains that it was Dadi decision made twenty years ago, long before Vedika was in the picture. Rageshwari insists she won’t believe just a photograph; she needs solid proof. Sagar confidently states that he has the proof that Vedika is actually Jhanvi, who is meant to be the daughter-in-law of the family. Just then, Kishori Lal enters and says they have the proof. Padma walks in with a covered tray, and Vedika smiles as they stand at the entrance of the Maheshwari Mansion. Padma and Kishori Lal approach the family, and Padma places the tray on the table. Saraswathi looks on, curious. Sagar uncovers the tray, revealing the same Kalesh that was given to Jhanvi. Saraswathi, Rageshwari, and Degvijay are shocked. Sagar asks if they remember it. Degvijay whispers to Rageshwari that Sagar is telling the truth, and he clearly recalls Rageshwari giving the Kalesh to Jhanvi.
Padma apologizes to Saraswathi, and Kishori Lal explains that they discovered the truth after speaking to her during the pooja. Padma adds that Vedika stayed away from her family for twenty years, believing they had abandoned her. She reveals they lied to Vedika out of fear. Saraswathi steps forward and hugs Padma tightly, surprising her. Sagar smiles as Saraswathi begins to cry. Padma asks for forgiveness, but Saraswathi praises Padma and Kishori Lal for raising her daughter with love and care for so many years. She expresses her gratitude and hugs Padma again. Suphedra and Lali smile warmly at the reunion. Saraswathi then asks Padma if she saw another girl at the accident site, referring to her daughter Yamini. Kishori Lal replies they only found one girl there. Suphedra confidently states that GhatuSham Jee will soon bring Yamini back to her. Degvijay agrees, saying that just as Jhanvi returned, one day Yamini will also come back.
Saraswathi embraces Jhanvi and turns to Rageshwari, asking her to see the Kalesh she had lovingly given to Jhanvi. Rageshwari, however, tells Saraswathi to stop. Sagar asks how Dadi can deny it when she herself gave the Kalesh to Jhanvi before the accident happened. Rageshwari, frustrated, says no one should speak another word. She pushes Saraswathi aside and confronts Vedika, questioning the signals she been giving over the past few days. Jhanvi admits the truth, saying she is indeed Jhanvi. Lali supports her, pointing out that they have both the photo and the Kalesh as proof. Rageshwari finally believes that their Jhanvi has returned home and hugs her, making everyone happy, though Degvijay is still in disbelief. Rageshwari says that when someone unexpected reappears, the heart wants to believe it, but the mind struggles. She assures Saraswathi that no one is happier for her than herself. Rageshwari then turns to Jhanvi, saying there will be many discussions between them, as a lot has happened over the years. She apologizes for any past misunderstandings, acknowledging that Jhanvi is the daughter of Gautham and Saraswathi. She has been more like a daughter than a daughter-in-law for the past twenty years. Rageshwari reaffirms that, just as she wished twenty years ago, Jhanvi will indeed be the daughter-in-law of this house.
Lali enters with popcorn, asking if she missed any big news. Sagar tells her she missed the biggest news: his marriage to Jhanvi. Lali, surprised, asks if it’s true, and if Jhanvi isn’t going to seek her blessings. Rageshwari blesses Jhanvi, wishing her a prosperous life. She admits she never called her by her real name, and now realizes that she felt Vedika wasn’t her real name—she was always Jhanvi. Rageshwari apologizes to Padma and Kishori Lal, admitting she wronged them by humiliating them and even slapping Padma. She asks for forgiveness, expressing gratitude that they raised Jhanvi and took care of the Maheshwari family heritage. Lali asks if they also found Yamini. Rageshwari clarifies she wasn’t talking about Yamini but about the Kalesh, which belongs to the Maheshwari Mansion. She picks up the Kalesh and tells Saraswathi that twenty years ago, she gave this to Jhanvi, and now both Jhanvi and the Kalesh have returned. She entrusts Saraswathi with the Kalesh, saying it has come back to its rightful home. Saraswathi expresses her hope that, with GhatuSham blessings, Jhanvi has returned, and she believes Yamini will return soon too. Rageshwari touches the Kalesh to her forehead, but when Lali tries to speak to her, Rageshwari suddenly finds she can’t pull her hands away from the Kalesh. A piece of the Kalesh falls to the ground.
