Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak 21st August 2024 Written Episode: Vedika’s Comeback
Vedika tells Padma she can’t stay silent because Saraswathi didn’t trust her. She wonders how a mother can’t recognize her own daughter. She says both Padma and Kishori Lal have faith in her, but Saraswathi aunty doesn’t. Padma tries to calm her down, explaining that Saraswathi aunty has been very lonely in the family. She lost her husband twenty years ago and then both of her daughters. Padma asks Vedika to understand Saraswathi’s perspective. Vedika realizes she was too focused on her own problems and agrees with Padma. Kishori Lal mentions that the reports were changed, so anyone would be upset. Vedika admits she got angry at Sagar because he didn’t trust her. Padma reminds her that Sagar didn’t say anything wrong, but Vedika feels hurt that he didn’t believe her and even yelled at her. Kishori Lal tries to defend Sagar, saying he was worried about his mother, but Vedika feels it’s not right to justify his behavior. She points out that Sagar vowed to trust her, but that trust didn’t even last a single day.
Sagar, frustrated, goes to his room and starts punching a boxing bag. He thinks that all the evidence is against Vedika, but his heart still can’t accept it. He recalls his grandmother’s advice not to trust his heart and tries to convince himself that what he sees is the truth. He feels betrayed by Vedika. Meanwhile, Vedika goes to the temple and prays to GhatuSham jee. She recalls how she has always stood up for the truth and been strong, but now she feels emotional and sensitive. Sagar reflects on how he quickly trusted Vedika, forgetting everything else. Vedika, on the other hand, resolves to fight for what is right. She sees herself as both Arjun and Krishna in this battle and vows to win it. She lights a diya and promises GhatuSham jee that she will restore her parents’ honor, bring justice, and make Saraswathi maa believe that she is her daughter Jhanvi. She also plans to expose the truth about Maheshwari and free Saraswathi maa from their influence. Kishori Lal asks her what about Sagar.
Sagar continues punching the bag, thinking Vedika has treated him and his Saraswathi Chachi poorly, so she can’t be his Vedika. He decides to end all his feelings. Vedika, meanwhile, says her feelings for Sagar have ended, and now she must focus solely on her duty as a daughter. She prays to GhatuSham jee for strength to reveal the truth and prove Sagar made the wrong choice. Padma tries to comfort Vedika, saying she still loves Sagar, but Vedika replies that love doesn’t matter if there is no trust. She feels the love is only from her side. Sagar, too, thinks that Vedika is not Jhanvi, but he stood by her despite everything. He is frustrated that she still supported her parents, who have been using her. He wishes Vedika had convinced her parents to trust him. Padma asks Vedika what she plans to do next, and Vedika says she needs to break this cycle and won’t let Koyal Rathi take everything from her.
Koyal, meanwhile, is packing up valuable vases, thinking they are worth a lot of money. Mauri asks her what she’s doing, reminding her they came here for something bigger. Koyal says they’ve already gotten their revenge, but Mauri insists that if they leave now, Vedika will have a chance to prove she’s the real Jhanvi. Koyal dismisses Vedika’s chances, saying they’ve already stolen her identity. She complains that she doesn’t like staying in this house because Saraswathi aunty is nice, but everyone else is dangerous. She mentions how someone even hit Dayal uncle with a car. Mauri warns that the same could happen to them, and they should leave before it’s too late. Koyal is hesitant because Sagar is always watching them closely. Mauri insists they should go.
Sagar, still in his room, feels like he doesn’t deserve true love. He thinks that’s why he lost Jhanvi in his childhood and now Vedika. He decides to close off his heart completely, unaware that Vedika has arrived at the Maheshwari Mansion.
Saraswathi is in her room when she hears a knock at the door. She finds Koyal standing there, who says she came to check if Saraswathi aunty has slept. Saraswathi hugs her, asking her to call her “Maa.” Mauri, watching, thinks that both of Saraswathi’s daughters are close to her, but she doesn’t know which one is real. Saraswathi tells Gautham that she’s fulfilled half of her promise and that she found Jhanvi when she performed a ritual earlier this year. She hugs Koyal again. Meanwhile, Vedika climbs into the Maheshwari Mansion through a window.
Saraswathi, still emotional, tells Koyal that she’s been waiting so long to hug her daughters and has finally found Jhanvi. Now, she just needs to find her other daughter, Yamini. Saraswathi reassures Koyal that they will find Yamini soon and tells her that it’s okay if she wants to call her “aunty” instead of “Maa.” Saraswathi says she understands that Koyal sees Mauri as her mother, so calling someone else “Maa” might be hard. Koyal finally calls Saraswathi “Maa,” which makes Mauri nervous. Saraswathi rushes to hug Koyal again. Mauri feels a bit jealous but tries to hide it, thinking that Koyal is smart. She also thinks she needs to make sure Vedika doesn’t come back to this house.
Vedika is standing outside when Sagar angrily confronts her. He asks why she came, and she says she needs to talk. Sagar tells her he doesn’t want to talk, but she insists she just wants an answer to one question. He warns her to leave, but Vedika says the days are gone when she wanted to stay in this house because of his promises. She reminds him that he refused to believe her when it mattered. Sagar admits he knows Koyal is not Jhanvi, but he’s sure the reports are true. Vedika asks what he’s planning to do next.
