Vedika Interrupts the Wedding
Vedika rushes to the mandap and pushes Sagar, causing him to fall. Rageshwari asks Vedika why she’s acting like this, and Vedika says the wedding is just a fake. Saraswathi, furious, says there should be limits to Vedika’s actions and declares that she’s no longer Vedika’s mother. Saraswathi threatens to call the guards if Vedika doesn’t leave.
Sagar, confused, asks Vedika what’s going on. Vedika claims to have proof and asks him to listen. Degvijay also asks what her problem is. Vedika responds that someone in the house is causing harm to her mother. As she sees Suphedra wearing the ring, she suddenly becomes quiet. Degvijay and Sagar both urge her to speak up. Sagar asks why she’s calling the wedding an act and insists that the wedding will happen. He orders the Pandit to begin the rituals.
Sagar then taunts Vedika, saying she won’t be able to stop the wedding, but it was her choice to try. Saraswathi commands Vedika to leave, saying that nothing on earth can stop this wedding now. As Jhanvi and Sagar are about to be married, Koyal hugs Saraswathi, who keeps staring at Vedika. Crying, Vedika turns and leaves. Rageshwari and Degvijay are pleased to see her go.
Saraswathi assures Koyal that nothing has gone wrong and the marriage will continue. She apologizes to Sagar and asks him to return after changing his clothes. Sagar leaves, while Saraswathi comforts Koyal. Mauri feels relieved, thinking the truth was about to come out but everything changed.
Vedika’s Confusion
Vedika is confused. She had been sure that Rageshwari and Degvijay were poisoning her mother, but now she doubts it after seeing Suphedra, who would never harm her. Vedika wonders who could be behind it.
Meanwhile, Rageshwari assures Suphedra not to worry and claims Vedika won’t return. She compliments the ring she gifted to Suphedra, saying it looks beautiful on her hand. Rageshwari tells Suphedra to ask the Pandit if he needs anything once Sagar returns. After Suphedra leaves, Rageshwari asks Degvijay if he has anything to say. He responds that he’s not used to being romantic. Rageshwari warns him to stay focused until the wedding is complete.
Degvijay expresses admiration for his mother’s cleverness in giving the ring to Suphedra just as Vedika started investigating the changed medicine. He mentions how she cleverly gifted the ring to Suphedra at the right time. Rageshwari adds that sometimes, the lack of evidence can also work in their favor. Degvijay hugs his mother, confident that Vedika no longer has proof.
Vedika’s Plan
Vedika, still puzzled, prays for guidance, suspecting that Mauri and Koyal were behind the previous day’s events. Seeing the staff moving around, she hatches a plan.
Sagar’s Doubts
In his room, Sagar is frustrated, not believing Vedika would act this way. There’s a knock on the door, and someone asks for his clothes to clean them as Suphedra requested. When Sagar opens the door, Vedika barges in. Sagar reminds her that everyone told her to leave. Vedika explains that someone is giving his mother the wrong medicine. Sagar doesn’t believe her until she reveals that the medicine she had tested turned out to be strong painkillers, not calcium tablets.
Vedika calls Dr. Singh, who confirms that such strong painkillers can cause a stroke. Sagar is shocked and realizes that his mother doesn’t have a serious medical issue, meaning he doesn’t have to marry Koyal. Sagar and Vedika share a moment of understanding.
Lali knocks on the door, asking how long it will take. Sagar pretends to be looking for his cufflinks. Sitting down, Sagar confesses that he doesn’t want to marry Koyal but feels bound by his promise to his aunt. Vedika comforts him, saying he was forced into the situation and adds that Koyal isn’t his real Jhanvi. Sagar admits he wants no connection to Koyal. Vedika says she can no longer trust anyone in the house and feels helpless. Sagar agrees that he also finds it hard to trust her.
Sagar then suggests a plan, mentioning a contract. Vedika explains that she’s doing everything for her mother’s sake, not expecting love or trust from him. She pleads for one chance to prove the truth. Moved by her words, Sagar agrees to support her. They hold hands, ready to move forward with their plan. Vedika asks if they can leave now, and Sagar agrees, though he is shocked when Vedika hands him a change of clothes.
The Escape Plan
Vedika begins packing her wedding dress. As Sagar prepares to leave, she tries to put a cap on him, but he refuses, worrying it will mess up his hair. Sagar asks how they’ll escape, and Vedika instructs him to get the bedsheets, which they’ll use to climb down. They start preparing their getaway.
Family Shock
Meanwhile, Koyal and the entire family arrive at Sagar’s door. Lali asks how long he’ll take, and Koyal urges him to open the door. When he doesn’t respond, she tries to break in. They are all shocked to find the room empty, with Sagar nowhere to be seen. Saraswathi grows anxious as Koyal exclaims that Sagar has run away, leaving everyone confused.
