Mehndi Wala Ghar Written Episode Update 5th August 2024: Tanvi Joyful Surprise – A Baby on the Way
The episode begins with Rahul and everyone asking Tanvi not to go to London. Suddenly, Tanvi faints, causing everyone to worry. Mauli checks on Tanvi while Rohit cries, thinking it’s his fault. Vijay promises Tanvi that he will send Rohit to the US for his studies. Swara mentions that Tanvi has been feeling dizzy for the past few days due to stress. Akshay tells Vijay not to worry. Mauli sprinkles water on Tanvi face, and she wakes up. Mauli reassures everyone that Tanvi will be fine with some rest. Janki offers Tanvi some juice, and Mauli takes her to a room.
Tanvi, confused, asks what happened to her. Mauli hugs her and suggests that her symptoms indicate she might be pregnant. Tanvi, thinking Mauli is joking for revenge, tells her to conduct tests to prove it. Mauli agrees and leaves to get a pregnancy test kit.
Mauli buys the kit and returns, signaling Tanvi. Jyoti distracts Mauli, giving Tanvi the chance to take the kit. Just then, Janki arrives, and Tanvi quickly hides the kit in a bag. Janki, looking for Saloni, finds the pregnancy kit and assumes Saloni is pregnant. She decides to ask and confirm the news.
Mauli asks Tanvi to come for the test. Meanwhile, Janki sees Saloni making pickles and concludes she is pregnant. Swara suggests making pickle parathas, and everyone gets excited. Tanvi checks the test results, and Mauli happily confirms she is pregnant. However, Tanvi worries that Vijay won’t be happy about the news. Mauli insists that Vijay will be thrilled, and they should tell him.
The ladies laugh, and the men join in, teasing Rahul and Vaibhav. Vijay jokes that they are at the age to play with grandchildren, not to have their own kids. Tanvi, feeling embarrassed, cries and says she wants to abort the baby. Mauli tries to convince her that motherhood is beautiful and not to make a hasty decision. Tanvi thinks Mauli is mocking her.
Rahul looks for Mauli, who is excited and happy. She tells Rahul that Tanvi needs to take care of her health and rest. Rahul agrees and tells Tanvi to rest, but Tanvi insists it’s her decision to handle. Mauli asks Rahul to take Tanvi home. Tanvi says she will go to another doctor for the abortion, but Mauli offers to help her safely. Tanvi goes to Mauli clinic, where Mauli gives her abortion pills and conducts a test on another patient.
Tanvi hears the heartbeat of the other patient baby and starts crying. Mauli notices and asks if she is hearing the baby heartbeat, and the patient confirms her happiness about becoming a mother. Mauli tells the patient her baby is healthy and schedules the next checkup.
Tanvi, having a change of heart, tells Mauli she doesn’t want to abort her baby. Mauli reveals that she gave her gas medicine instead of abortion pills, knowing Tanvi would regret the decision. Mauli assures Tanvi that her baby is safe. Tanvi, relieved, thanks and hugs Mauli.
Janki witnesses this and informs everyone. Vijay is shocked but happy. Manoj expresses his joy about the new baby, and Akshay congratulates Vijay. Jyoti is excited about the fun they will have with the baby. Mauli and Tanvi join everyone, and Swara congratulates Tanvi, telling her not to hide anymore since Janki has informed everyone. Jyoti plans to make sweets and insists Tanvi rest.
Ajanta jokes, and Saloni comments on how cute it is that Guddi uncle will be younger than her. Vijay, embarrassed, tells everyone to stop the drama, saying he can’t face anyone now. Mauli feels worried.
