Main Hoon Saath Tere Written Episode Update 17th August 2024: Anushka’s Deadly Conspiracy
Janvi is feeding Kian, and he tells her how much he missed her cooking. Janvi says she missed feeding him too. Kian mentions that he never liked Anushka’s food and talks about her. He then asks Janvi why she can’t just tell Aryaman the truth. Janvi says she wants to, but now isn’t the right time. Kian asks if he can sleep on her lap, but Janvi warns him that if Anushka finds out, their plan could fail. She gently takes Kian out of her room. As she does this, Pushkar, on his way to Brij Bhushan’s office, sees Janvi taking Kian to her room because Kian forgot his glasses.
Later, Kian goes to Anushka and asks her to play with him, but she suggests they should sleep since it’s night. Kian then asks Anushka to sing him a lullaby, and she agrees.
Meanwhile, Pushkar searches Brij Bhushan’s office for the locker keys and eventually finds them. Ritu notices the office door open and becomes suspicious. She checks and finds Pushkar there. When she asks what he’s doing, Pushkar lies, saying he was just placing an audit file in the room, and quickly leaves. Ritu remains suspicious, thinking Pushkar is up to something.
Anushka later lets Pushkar into the Bundela mansion through the main entrance by turning off the main switch. She tells him to leave through the corridor that leads to the hotel, and Pushkar agrees.
However, Anushka plans to kill Pushkar because he tried to blackmail her. She turns the switch back on, places loose wires on the floor, and pours water over them, setting a deadly trap for him. She believes that once Pushkar tries to steal the money and escape, he will step into the trap and die.
Pushkar knocks out Premchand with chloroform and searches the locker for money but finds nothing. He decides to leave empty-handed.
Janvi confronts Pushkar and warns him not to proceed with his plan. She explains that Ritu saw him in the office and became suspicious, so she asked Premchand to hide the important items elsewhere, not in the locker. Despite her warning, Pushkar steps into Anushka’s trap and gets electrocuted. Janvi quickly turns off the switch and saves him. She reveals that Anushka set the trap to kill him. Pushkar, however, accuses Janvi of setting the trap, claiming Anushka would never harm him because he has always supported her. Just then, Suhasini arrives and asks what’s going on. Janvi covers for Pushkar, saying he was trying to mediate between her and Anushka. Suhasini makes a comment about the Joshi family and leaves.
Pushkar asks Janvi why she didn’t tell Suhasini the truth. Janvi replies that he’s her brother and makes a comment about their relationship. She then notices Anushka’s earring near the main switch and tells Pushkar it’s proof of Anushka’s attempt to kill him. Janvi asks Pushkar to help her expose Anushka, and seeing the earring, Pushkar decides to confront Anushka.
Pushkar goes to Anushka and directly asks if she tried to kill him using water and electricity. Anushka denies it. Pushkar then asks her where her earring is, and Anushka says it’s on her table. But when Pushkar shows her the earring he found near the main switch, he confronts her with suspicion.
