Kundali Bhagya 8th August 2024 Written Episode Update: Shaurya vows to take revenge from Karan
Nidhi asks Karan if he would make anyone from the street the CEO and expect her to accept it. Karan warns Nidhi to stay within her limits or remain silent, explaining that she shouldn’t make such comments. He reminds her that he owns the Luthra industry, so it’s his right to appoint the CEO, and her opinion doesn’t matter. Karan then tells Rajveer to move into the outhouse with his and Preeta belongings. Rajveer says there’s no need, but Karan insists, saying the company provides the accommodation. Rajveer agrees, and Karan leaves to show him the outhouse.
Meanwhile, Shaurya is drinking on the balcony, thinking about Karan announcement that the new CEO, Rajveer, would stay in the outhouse. Shaurya says he can’t handle it and wants to go back home. His friends, Sunny and Sandy, offer to help him, but Shaurya insists he’s fine and demands they leave him alone.
Karan unlocks the outhouse, but Kritika stops him, apologizing and saying that Preeta can’t go inside. Karan asks why, and Kritika says Bani Dadi has a problem with it. Bani Dadi then says she doesn’t want Preeta and Rajveer to enter the house without permission. Karan is surprised because he thought Bani Dadi wanted them to stay. Karina adds that Preeta and Rajveer should get permission first. Karan explains that he informed everyone about his plans and thought they’d be happy he brought Rajveer and Preeta back. Mahesh arrives, and Karan asks why they’re all insisting on permission. Mahesh, looking tired, says Karan should talk to his mother, but Preeta says it’s fine—they can find another place. Karan insists he’ll speak to Maa.
Shaurya, still drunk, is driving recklessly while Sandy, worried, tells him to slow down and threatens to call his father. Shaurya isn’t scared, saying he knows how to drive. Sandy tries to reason with him, but Shaurya panics when he sees a truck approaching.
At the Luthra Mansion, Mahesh is about to enter when Rakhi stops Preeta, telling her not to take another step inside. Bani Dadi clarifies that Rakhi only meant Preeta shouldn’t enter yet and asks Kritika to bring Rajveer inside. Karan asks his mother what’s wrong, and Rakhi says Karan seems to have forgotten that when Lakshmi (goddess of wealth) enters a house, it must be after performing a ritual. Karan hugs his mother, telling her he loves her. Rakhi calls Kavya, Palki, and Shanaya, who bring the thali and everything needed for the ritual. Shanaya places the Kalesh in front of Preeta, and Palki sets down the metal plate. Preeta, confused, says she doesn’t understand what’s happening. Rakhi explains that her daughter is returning home, and this is a Greh Pravesh (housewarming ritual). Bani Dadi adds that this is their family tradition. Karina says they always welcome the daughters of the family this way. Rakhi acknowledges Preeta might be wondering about all this, but today is a special day because Preeta is returning home as Lakshmi, whether she stays in the main house or the outhouse. Preeta is stunned by this.
Karan then gets a call and steps away. Sandy is on the other end, telling Karan that Shaurya is driving recklessly and not listening to him. Shaurya grabs the phone, telling his dad not to worry about him but to focus on Rajveer. Karan tries to call him back, but Shaurya hangs up, leaving Karan frustrated that Shaurya doesn’t understand.
Shaurya, still angry, warns Sandy never to call his father again. Sandy tries to explain that Shaurya isn’t thinking straight and almost caused an accident. Meanwhile, Sunny is trying to manage the situation. Sandy asks what will happen if Shaurya continues to drive like this, but Shaurya doesn’t care and gets back in the car. Sunny and Sandy are worried, wondering where Shaurya went. Shaurya, while driving, says he understands his father feelings and plans to ruin his happiness.
Back at the house, Karan returns as Bani Dadi signals him to stay. Rakhi suggests they start the rituals, and she begins performing the aarti (prayer ritual), making the Luthra family emotional. After finishing, Rakhi asks Preeta to step inside. Preeta knocks over the Kalesh with her foot, triggering memories. Karan silently joins her as she performs the ritual. Bani Dadi asks Preeta to take blessings from everyone, and Karan is asked to do the same. They both kneel to receive blessings. When they reach Rakhi, she blesses them, wishing them happiness together. Mahesh stops Preeta from touching his feet, saying she is his daughter, and he has never let her do so before. This shocks Rajveer and everyone else. Preeta starts feeling dizzy as memories flood back. Seeing this, everyone gets concerned. Rajveer, noticing her distress, reassures her, telling her to look at him and see how happy everyone is. He asks her to calm down and assures her everything is fine.
Karan says the rituals are over, and Preeta should rest in the outhouse. He asks Preeta to come with him. Palki looks worried, sensing the family excitement. Shanaya says she and Palki should leave, but Rakhi insists they don’t go alone and arranges for the driver to drop them off. Palki and Shanaya say their goodbyes, with Palki looking at Preeta footsteps as they leave, feeling both confused and worried. Nidhi, watching from the balcony, is furious.
Karan shows Rajveer and Preeta the outhouse, saying it will be their home now. He explains that the living area isn’t fully set up yet, and the kitchen isn’t complete, so he’ll ask Garesh to handle it. Preeta praises Karan, saying he and his family are very kind, and suggests they should all stay together under one roof. Karan understands Preeta didn’t like how he treated Shaurya but explains that sometimes things happen for a reason, and what’s best for Shaurya is what’s planned by Bhagwan (God). He assures her that as Shaurya father, he would never do anything to harm him. Preeta hopes everything turns out well. Karan tells them to rest and advises Rajveer to take care of Preeta and be ready in the morning for an important meeting. After Karan leaves, Rajveer tells Preeta their life is starting anew, and everything will get better from now on. Preeta smiles and agrees, feeling optimistic.
