In the 13th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, many famous celebrities participated to raise funds for good causes. Stars like Deepika Padukone, Farah Khan, Akshay Kumar, Jackie Shroff, and others made appearances. Among them, comedian Kapil Sharma joined Amitabh Bachchan’s show along with Sonu Sood. During the show, Kapil shared a story about a time when Big B apologized to him for a small delay.
Kapil recalled that the first time Amitabh Bachchan appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show, they were scheduled to shoot a promo at 9:00 AM. Even though Big B arrived just two minutes late, he apologized for making Kapil wait.
Kapil shared, “I reached early at 6:00 AM, got dressed in my suit, and was ready. Mr. Bachchan arrived at 9:02 and immediately apologized, saying, ‘Please forgive me for being two minutes late.’ I remember that moment clearly because it showed his humility.”
Earlier in the episode, Amitabh Bachchan playfully teased Kapil for his own tardiness during the Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 shoot, joking that Kapil arrived much later than scheduled.
Amitabh Bachchan has been the host of Kaun Banega Crorepati since its start in 2000. He took a break during the third season due to health issues, with Shah Rukh Khan stepping in as host. Since the fourth season, Big B has returned to host the show consistently. Currently, the 16th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati is on air.
