The episode begins with Aditya telling Jhanak that the baby’s father should know about the baby. Jhanak agrees and says she never planned to keep it a secret. Aditya asks if she’ll continue her acting career and take the film audition. Jhanak says she will, as she needs to survive. Aditya then asks why she left the baby’s father. Jhanak explains that she didn’t leave him; she just didn’t expect this situation, but he should know about the baby. Aditya guesses that the father is Anirudh and asks if he’ll accept the baby. Jhanak says she believes he will because he’s someone who faces the truth and fights for what’s right. However, she doesn’t want him to go through the struggles she faced. She then shares that she doesn’t know who her own father is.
At Lalon’s house, his mother tells Kajal to attend school and let Chimli handle the chores. Kajal smiles when she sees Lalon. Lalon then tells his mother that he’s ready to get married, which makes her happy. He mentions that the girl he wants to marry is from the wealthy Bose family.
Back to Jhanak, she tells Aditya that she understands if he doesn’t want to be involved with her anymore. Aditya assures her that he’s changed for the better, thanks to her, and he’s trying to become a good person. Jhanak reveals that she’s pregnant and that there’s someone important in her life. Aditya asks why she’s come to him. Jhanak replies that it’s useless to fight for something that isn’t hers.
Meanwhile, Lalon’s mother scolds him when he says he loves a girl from a wealthy family. Kajal, who overheard the conversation, leaves feeling hurt. Lalon defends his feelings for Appu, the girl he loves, but his mother argues that he should remember his place in society.
Aditya asks Jhanak if she ever tried to find her father. Jhanak shares that her mother never told her about him, and that her mother committed suicide, leaving her alone. Aditya and Jhanak both get emotional. She says that her father abandoned them and never returned, so she decided to find him and ask why he left. She’s grateful to have a friend like Aditya.
Jhanak then tells Aditya that she’s planning to go to Kolkata to fight for her baby’s rights. Lalon, on the other hand, argues with his mother about how the rich aren’t so different from them. His mother brings up the idea of avenging his father’s death, urging him to find those responsible.
Aditya asks Jhanak when she plans to go. Jhanak says she’s not sure, but she wants love and respect for her baby, not for herself. Aditya worries if the baby’s father will accept it. Jhanak is determined that he will, and if not, she’ll fight for her baby’s rights until her last breath. She recalls how her mother gave up, but she won’t make the same mistake. She wants her baby to live proudly and know who their father is.
Lalon tells his mother to think carefully and give him her decision by the evening. Meanwhile, Jhanak apologizes to Aditya. He doesn’t stop her but admits he’s afraid she might return empty-handed. Jhanak reassures him that she’ll fight for her baby’s rights, no matter what. Aditya wishes her luck and tells her he respects her courage. Jhanak says she must tell the baby’s father the truth, and if he denies it, she’ll still fight for her child.
Aditya tells Jhanak that she can call him if she needs anything, and she thanks him, noting that he seems like a changed person. He admits that meeting her made him realize he was living a wrong life and that he’s always there for her.
