“India’s Got Talent 8” was a popular reality show where many talented people got a chance to perform on a big stage. The show was judged by Kirron Kher, Karan Johar, and Malaika Arora. Sometimes, the judges didn’t agree with each other, which made the show even more interesting. One memorable moment was when Kirron Kher’s opinion differed from Karan and Malaika’s.
During one of the auditions, a contestant impressed the judges, including guest judges Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan, with a contemporary dance on the song “Saibo.” But in her next performance, she danced to a remix of “Choli Ke Peeche,” where she removed her draped skirt and danced in denim shorts. This outfit change didn’t sit well with Kirron Kher. After the performance, while Malaika and Karan praised the contestant, Kirron Kher expressed her disapproval. When Karan asked Kirron what she thought, she replied, “I felt there was more movement and less grace in this performance.”
Kirron Kher also pointed out that she was smiling at the beginning of the performance, but when the contestant switched to the denim shorts, she expected what happened next. Malaika Arora disagreed, saying, “But these are not shorts, they’re denim shorts.” Kirron Kher seemed offended, but Karan stepped in to praise the contestant’s performance.
This wasn’t the first time the judges had different opinions, but despite these differences, Karan, Malaika, and Kirron shared a great rapport on the show, which made it even more enjoyable to watch.
