Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein Written Episode Update 10th August 2024: Pre-Wedding Festivities Begin
Sai feels annoyed by mosquitoes and asks her nanny, Asha, to bring a racket. Asha mistakenly brings a tennis racket, but Sai clarifies that she needs a mosquito racket and tells her to call her father. Meanwhile, Rajat, who is heavily drunk, gets into his car and instructs the driver to take him home. When Sai calls and asks him to bring a mosquito bat with Pari Aunty, Rajat tells her that he misses and loves her a lot. Sai invites him over, and he asks the driver to head to the market first, then to Arsh house.
When Rajat arrives at Arsh house, the nanny informs him that she has already taken care of the mosquitoes and put Sai to sleep, but he can still visit her. Rajat goes to Sai room and lovingly pampers her while the song “O Ri Chiraiya” plays in the background. He remembers the earlier incident with the mosquito racket. He then asks the nanny why Sai isn’t being properly cared for in this house. The nanny assures him that Sai is well taken care of and there’s no need to worry. As Rajat is about to leave, Arsh confronts him for entering his house without permission. Rajat fires back, asking why Arsh didn’t ask for permission when he ruined his life.
Ashika then approaches Rajat and asks why he there. Rajat pleads with her to come back to him. Arsh warns Rajat to respect his girlfriend. Rajat expresses how much he misses Ashika and reminisces about the good times they had together. Ashika, noticing how drunk he is, feels sorry for him. Rajat, however, mocks her, accusing her of only loving money and being willing to chase after anyone who can provide it. He cruelly remarks that she has no significant surname, neither Thakkar nor Gujral, and is essentially a nobody. Arsh warns Rajat to watch his words, and Rajat falls silent, mentioning that he getting married soon. When Ashika asks who the girl is, Rajat responds that whoever she is, she will be a thousand times better as a mother to Sai than Ashika, whom he dismisses as a mere “makeup doll.” He confidently claims that Sai will soon forget Ashika.
Rajat challenges Ashika and her boyfriend, predicting that they will end up bringing Sai back to his house. He then leaves, while Ashika wonders who he is planning to marry. In the car, Rajat tells the driver to take him home. He reflects on his challenge to Ashika and asks the driver if people tell the truth when they’re drunk. The driver agrees. Rajat admits that while he praised Savi in front of Ashika, he can’t stand her for even a second. He unsure how he will endure a life with Savi but is confident that she will be a great mother to Sai. He muses that although his life might be ruined, Sai’s life will improve.
Meanwhile, the Thakkar family is busy preparing for Savi and Rajat pre-wedding kelvan ritual. Harini shows Savi the decorations and asks for her opinion, but Savi is lost in thoughts about Rajat dislike for her. Isha speaks to her emotionally. The doorbell rings, and when Isha opens the door, she finds Thakkar standing there, half asleep, wearing sunglasses, and repeatedly pressing the doorbell. Rajendra greets her with “Jai Sri Krishna” and enters with the family. Bhagyashree keeps ringing the bell until Isha shakes her and welcomes her inside. The Bhosales are shocked to see the Thakkar family in such a state. Harini jokes that Bhagyashree already seems drunk.
Bhagyashree introduces her brother Jayanti Lal, sister-in-law Janaki, and niece Kinjal to the Bhosales, explaining that they didn’t sleep all night because they were playing cards. They just woke up, got ready, and came straight over without even having breakfast. Bhagyashree requests a strong coffee. The Bhosales serve them strong coffee and invite them to stay for lunch. However, Janaki mentions to Jayanti that the Bhosales are non-vegetarians, so they can’t eat at their house. Jayanti relays this to the Bhosales, and the drama continues…
