Bhagyashree gets upset when she realizes she forgot to offer chappan bhog (56 dishes) to Lord Krishna. Rajendra suggests she could offer 11 sweets and apologize to the deity. Bhagyashree feels bad since she’s never forgotten this ritual before. Sai asks what chappan bhog is, and Bhagyashree explains the story of Lord Krishna lifting Govardhan mountain, which led to the offering of 56 dishes. Sai suggests they prepare the chappan bhog together, but Bhagyashree worries there’s not enough time. Savi comes up with an idea, and Rajat, sensing what she’s thinking, says he’s heading to the office. The whole family playfully pretends to be upset with him and convinces him to stay and help.
Meanwhile, Ashika is furious after remembering how Rajat pointed out that he married Savi publicly, while Arsh hasn’t even acknowledged his girlfriend. She angrily breaks things and blames Arsh for not marrying her yet. Arsh manipulates her by saying that Rajat is not worth listening to, and as a famous model, she shouldn’t ruin her status by getting married. Ashika, as usual, falls for his words.
The Thakkar family prepares the chappan bhog together, with Rajat making laddoos (sweets). Rajendra praises Savi’s idea and jokes about using it on Bhagyashree, but Savi warns it doesn’t work on women. They offer the chappan bhog to God, and Sai wants to taste a dish, but Bhagyashree stops her, saying they should wait until Lord Krishna’s birthday at midnight. Sai then asks Rajat to tell the story of Krishna’s birth, but he refuses and goes to his room, leaving Sai disappointed. Bhagyashree tries to convince Rajat, reminding him how he used to tell the story to Kian, but he still refuses.
Savi decides to tell the story in a unique way using sand art. When she gets sand in her eyes and has to stop, Rajat steps in and continues the story. After they finish, Sai asks Savi if she’s her Yashoda Maiya (Krishna’s foster mother), and Savi says yes, calling Sai her Kanhaiya (Krishna). They share a sweet moment, but Bhagyashree feels sad when she sees the sand art starting to fall apart. Rajendra tries to cheer her up, and Bhagyashree prays for her family’s well-being.
Rajendra then asks Savi and Rajat to swing the cradle of baby Krishna. Tara mentions that last year, she and her husband Jigar did the same and were blessed with their daughter, Kia. She suggests that Savi and Rajat might soon have a baby of their own. Savi, however, says she already has a little Krishna in her life and lovingly pampers Sai. Sai then asks if there’s a story behind the tradition of breaking the dahi handi (curd pot). Savi explains that the real fun is in experiencing it by breaking the pot and enjoying the butter and sugar inside. Lucky adds that the best experience of breaking the dahi handi is in Bhuleshwar. Rajendra offers to take Sai to a nearby event, but Rajat insists on arranging the event in their community instead, making Sai very happy. Savi, meanwhile, remains puzzled by Rajat’s behavior.
