Elvish Yadav Faces New FIR for Snake Venom Threats Against Activist

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and prominent YouTuber Elvish Yadav is back in the spotlight for a major legal issue. In the Noida rave party case, he has been charged with a new FIR.

What Happened?

Sourabh Gupta, a People For Animals (PFA) activist, has filed a new complaint against Elvish Yadav, sources said. The activist claims Elvish followed, observed, and intimidated him.

Sourabh Gupta has issued serious allegations against Elvish Yadav, including following him in his vehicle.
✔ Using a fictitious identity to enter residential society.

  • Planned to hurt him and his brother in a road accident.
    ✔ Spreading false information about him and his family.

The activist further stated that after filing the case, multiple online videos accused him, his brother, and the Delhi Police of collaborating against Elvish Yadav. Due to incessant hostility, Gupta deactivated his Facebook account.

Threats in Videos?

The complaint also cited Elvish Yadav’s video threatening to kidnap and kill Sourabh Gupta.The judge then directed the police to register a FIR in Nandgram.

On January 28, SHO Dharmpal Singh of Nandgram police station informed PTI that a FIR was lodged under Section 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC on Monday night. The inquiry is ongoing.

This FIR adds to Elvish Yadav’s legal issues, which began with the November 2023 snake venom case.

Despite these problems, Elvish Yadav is a celebrity participant on Laughter Chefs 2 with Abdu Rozik. He recently joined Salman Khan onstage for the Bigg Boss 18 finale.
