Bhagya Lakshmi 21st September 2024 Written Episode Update: Oberoi Mansion Under Siege
Rishi walks close to Lakshmi, who is still crying. She rests her head on his chest. Rishi comforts her, saying everything will be fine and promises to always stay by her side. Aayush leaves while Rishi and Lakshmi hug each other tightly.
Shalu enters a room, calling for Paru, Rohan, and Dadi, but she doesn’t find anyone. She worries that the criminals might have taken them. Aansh asks what they should do now. Shalu says she thinks they should go to the hall and distract the criminals until the police arrive. Aansh asks if she isn’t scared, but Shalu says she’s like anyone who cares more about their family than their own fear.
The painter tries to open the door, but Balvinder tells him to stop. He says the door belongs to a rich family, not like the small houses they’re used to. The painter gets scared when he sees someone outside. Balvinder calms him down, saying it must be Malishka, who is on their side. Malishka enters the room and asks if Balvinder has managed to capture Lakshmi. She’s angry, calling him a fool for failing. Balvinder defends himself, saying Lakshmi is clever and tricked him. Malishka angrily places a knife on his neck, warning him to stop praising Lakshmi. The painter pulls her away, noticing Balvinder has started bleeding. Balvinder then grabs Malishka and warns her not to annoy him. At that moment, Karishma enters and hits Balvinder with a vase. Balvinder and the painter quickly run away.
As they run, Balvinder and the painter bump into Shalu and Aansh. They run off, and Shalu wonders if they really are robbers. She feels they have a different plan and aren’t here to steal. Shalu then sees Malishka and asks if she’s okay. Malishka claims they tried to torture her. Shalu finds it strange that these people are targeting women. She leaves, and Malishka wonders how someone kidnapped Lakshmi.
Outside, Rano and Aanchal are left by the smugglers. Rano is happy they’re finally out and can help the others. Aanchal is confused, but Rano says they can now inform the police about what’s happening inside and how many criminals are there. The inspector arrives with his team, and Rano asks who the “Surcharge” is. The inspector doesn’t understand, so Aanchal asks him who’s in charge. The inspector explains his role. Rano tells him that the people inside aren’t real robbers. The inspector is surprised and asks why she thinks that. Rano explains that real robbers know the difference between real and fake jewelry, but these criminals were stealing fake diamonds. The inspector is stunned.
Rishi tries to calm Lakshmi down and makes her sit. He apologizes for not being there when she needed him. He tells her that Rohan is fine and doesn’t even remember the people who hurt him. Rohan had even asked Lakshmi not to worry. Rishi adds that her tensed, crying face doesn’t suit her, and she looks better when she’s smiling. He encourages her to cheer up, and Lakshmi agrees.
Meanwhile, Balvinder and the painter sneak up behind Rishi and Lakshmi, covering their faces with black cloths. Balvinder warns them not to struggle, or one of them will suffer. He tells them that if Lakshmi tries to be clever, Rishi will be harmed, and if Rishi acts up, Lakshmi will get hurt. They take Rishi and Lakshmi to the others. The boss asks what’s happening. The painter suggests kidnapping Lakshmi to make their escape easier. Rishi threatens them, saying they won’t be able to leave, but Balvinder says Rishi will let them go because of Lakshmi. Balvinder, however, plans to keep Lakshmi as his wife.
Rishi demands they stop, but the painter threatens to kill Lakshmi. The boss pulls the painter aside and asks what he’s doing. The painter explains that kidnapping Lakshmi will let them escape without trouble. The boss angrily demands Lakshmi’s bracelet, but she refuses. Rishi steps in, asking why the boss is forcing her. He says the boss can take anything else but should leave the bracelet.
Shalu walks around, feeling that something is definitely wrong. Aansh keeps praising her for everything she’s saying, calling her the smartest. Shalu says he hasn’t met her sister, who is even smarter. Aansh asks how that’s possible. Shalu says her sister always knows when something bad is going to happen because she has a pure heart. Karishma interrupts them, warning there’s no time for foolish talk. They all leave.
The boss points a gun at Rishi, saying he doesn’t have time to waste. He demands the bracelet from Lakshmi again, but she refuses. The boss orders his men to take it by force, and the painter starts pulling at it, hurting her. Balvinder angrily tells the painter to be careful, which worries both Rishi and Lakshmi. Rishi offers to give the boss money instead, but the boss says Rishi can’t give him the amount he needs. Meanwhile, Guddu, who is hiding, comments that this isn’t how you treat hostages. Painter keeps threatening Lakshmi, which angers Rishi. He grabs the painter, challenging him.
At that moment, the police enter. The inspector warns everyone not to move. Rishi pushes the painter away, but the boss starts shooting at the inspector. Neelam hears the gunshots and tries to stop Rohan and Paru from going outside. She assures them that Rishi and Lakshmi will be fine. Dadi reminds Rohan that his dad is brave and will be okay. Neelam agrees, and Dadi says they should all pray to Ganpati.
Rishi and Lakshmi get separated in the shootout. Lakshmi tells Rishi to go to the other side and not come to her. Rishi, while running, meets Malishka. She asks him to go with her to a safe place, but Rishi says he needs to find Lakshmi and save her. Malishka thinks he’s crazy for going into the firing. Rishi insists that if he can’t save Lakshmi, he won’t do anything else. Malishka tries to stop him, but Rishi says he will reach Lakshmi through the back door.
Lakshmi, meanwhile, is running when Balvinder catches up to her. She asks who he is, realizing he’s not with the other criminals. Balvinder doesn’t want the bracelet—he wants to kidnap her. Guddu arrives and tells Balvinder not to waste time. They can talk to Lakshmi after they’ve taken her away. Balvinder agrees, and Lakshmi becomes even more worried.
