Anu and Tiwari are out for their morning jog. Tiwari struggles to keep up with Anu, who jokes that he’s getting old. Tiwari, feeling defensive, insists he’s still young and fit. Anu challenges him to prove it by running to get a red flower she points out in the distance within 5 seconds. Tiwari accepts the challenge, but as he starts running, he gets hit by a vehicle and falls at Anu’s feet. Anu is alarmed and apologizes, but Tiwari says he’s okay. Teeka and Tillu arrive, worried, and help Tiwari back to his house.
Meanwhile, Angoori is watering her plants when she spots a crow and worries about bad luck. Vibhu arrives and tells her not to believe in superstitions. Saxena shows up in traditional South Indian attire and explains he’s studying Ayurveda under a teacher from Chennai. Angoori is impressed.
At Tiwari’s house, Angoori, Ammaji, Ramphal, and Tiwari are discussing Tiwari’s accident. Ammaji asks Ramphal for help, and Ramphal says that Tiwari’s horoscope shows a lot of negativity and even a death threat. Everyone is shocked. Ramphal says they need to find a specific person and have him eat 11 kg of sugar to fix the problem. Angoori vows to find this person no matter what.
David and Vibhu are waiting for a parcel. David asks what Vibhu ordered, and Vibhu says it’s Imarti sweets. David is excited, but Vibhu warns him that eating too many sweets isn’t good for his health. David insists he’s fit and healthy. When the parcel arrives, Dr. Gupta shows up with David’s health report, saying David is healthy. David celebrates. Gupta then reads Anu’s report, which also shows she’s healthy, and she’s pleased. However, Gupta is shocked when he reads Vibhu’s report, which shows his sugar levels are borderline high. Anu scolds Vibhu, who is worried. David takes the sweets from Vibhu and eats them.
Ramphal and Ammaji reminisce about their childhood. Ramphal asks Ammaji if David used to tease her, but she says no. David arrives and flirts with Ammaji, irritating Ramphal. Ammaji tells David to stop. David then asks Ramphal to check on Vibhu, saying he’s been unhealthy.
Ramphal and Ammaji visit Vibhu’s house. David comments that he thought Ramphal was younger. Ramphal gets annoyed and challenges David to an arm wrestling match. Vibhu bets on David, and Anu tells Vibhu to be quiet and get his horoscope.
