The episode begins with Aadhya thinking about sending a message to Anupama since Anupama hasn’t been answering her calls. Just then, the Dean’s phone rings, and Aadhya returns it to him. He answers the call. Meanwhile, Megha arrives and offers Prasad to Aadhya, who eats it. Anupama rests her head on Babu ji’s chest. He asks if she’s tired, and Anupama replies that it’s a good kind of tiredness from hard work. Anuj gives her water, which she drinks. Indra brings tea, and Nandita offers cookies. Anupama thanks them, saying she really needed the tea. Bala Kaka shows the first day’s earnings, but Anupama asks him to keep the money with him. Nandita mentions how they had no customers yesterday, but today they’re so busy they can’t catch their breath. Babu ji says hard work eventually pays off, and Bala adds that God always gives more. Sagar predicts that even more people will come today.
Later, Megha is about to serve food, but Aadhya asks her to order something from outside. The Dean asks what she wants and is about to give her his phone, but Megha takes it instead and offers to place the order herself. The Dean insists it’s okay and hands the phone to Aadhya. Aadhya decides to call directly and dials Anupama’s number. Sagar tells Anupama not to pick up because it’s probably just an order, but Anupama recognizes the number and answers. Megha asks for a burger and French fries. Anupama offers to bring it herself since it’s quiet at the moment. Megha agrees. Anupama tells the others that the Dean’s wife called and mentioned her daughter is hungry, so she didn’t want to say no. Anuj volunteers to go with her to deliver the food.
On their way, the auto they’re in breaks down. Anuj asks Anupama to deliver the food while he fixes the auto, reminding her not to ask the Dean about the canteen order. Anupama agrees and heads to the house. When she rings the bell, Megha quickly sends Aadhya to her room. Aadhya thinks to herself that she knows what to do. Megha then opens the door and is surprised to see Anupama. Just as Dean arrives to pay for the food, Megha says that her daughter made the call but didn’t realize she was calling Anupama. Dean starts to mention the canteen contract, but Anupama assures him she understands and is just there to deliver the food for the daughter. Megha takes the food and goes to get the payment.
As Anupama waits, she hears the sound of someone dancing with ghungroos (ankle bells) and realizes it’s Aadhya. Aadhya calls out to her mother, saying, “Your Choti is here.” Megha returns with the money and dismisses the sound, claiming it’s coming from the neighbor’s house. She closes the door, leaving Anupama standing outside. Inside, Megha confronts Aadhya, asking why she suddenly decided to practice classical dance. Aadhya simply says it was a mood thing, leaving Megha puzzled.
Anupama returns to the auto, where Anuj asks if anything happened or if the Dean said something. Anupama starts to tell him about her suspicions but decides against it. Anuj advises her to rest after a long day of work.
Meanwhile, Toshu and Pakhi complain to each other about how unlucky they are to have such parents. They perform a ritual to ward off bad luck and then discuss donating the money to an Ashram to gain good karma. Kinjal overhears and laughs at them, pointing out that they shop and party all night but still consider themselves unlucky. She thanks them for lifting her spirits, saying their antics are like therapy. Toshu and Pakhi, however, continue to believe they’re unlucky.
Back at home, Anupama takes out her ghungroos and listens to the sound. Nandita asks what’s wrong, and Anupama confesses that she felt her daughter’s presence, as if Choti was saying she’s there. She recalls how strangely the family behaved when she was last at the Dean’s house. Nandita encourages her to go back and find out if Aadhya is really there. Determined, Anupama sets off again.
Later that night, Megha sneaks into Aadhya’s room, worried about her sudden change in behavior. She finds Aadhya’s diary filled with sketches and becomes paranoid, thinking someone is trying to come between her and her daughter. Meanwhile, Anupama walks down the road, determined to uncover the truth. She vows not to rest until she knows for sure what’s going on.
