Anupama Written Episode Update 3rd September 2024: Anupama Gets a Heartwarming Welcome
The episode begins with Sagar, Titu, and Meenu dancing in front of Anupama. Aadhya joins in, and they all dance together. Anupama feels very happy seeing them enjoy. Anuj arrives, and Titu invites him to dance. Anuj joins in the fun. Then, Baa enters and asks what’s going on. She also does garba and goes to Anupama, blessing her and holding her hand. Aadhya feeds Anupama, and Anuj takes care of her. Meanwhile, Indra looks at her grandson’s picture, and Bala gives her a flower, making her smile. Anuj continues to care for Anupama.
Sagar mentions that they will welcome Anudi today. Indra wishes that Nandita were there, but Bala jokes that if she were, she would have made rangoli alone. Coffee arrives, and everyone praises Coffee and Kaveri for not causing trouble since Anupama is coming. Baa makes laddoo for Anupama and gives them to Babuji. Babuji thanks her for everything she’s done for Anupama. Baa admits she’s angry with Anupama but still loves her. Babuji asks about Vanraj, and Baa says that whenever she asks him to come, he says his work isn’t finished yet. Meenu arrives and says she brought something for Mami. Sagar notices her.
Babuji makes a joke, and Sagar and Meenu start making rangoli together. Toshu gets upset, but Pakhi stops him and asks him to let their father come. Anupama thanks the doctors, who give her a bouquet from the hospital and remind her to be careful, warning that any carelessness could cause her stitches to open. They note that she cares more for others than herself. Anupama tries to deny it, but Aadhya agrees with the doctors. The doctor advises her not to run or cook, as cooking might make her cough. After being discharged, Anuj takes Anupama home from the hospital.
Toshu calls Vanraj and asks where he is, assuring him that he can trust him and urging him to talk. Pakhi asks what Vanraj said, and Toshu admits he didn’t understand. Pakhi mentions she tried messaging him, but her messages didn’t go through, so she couldn’t inform him about their mother. Toshu suspects that Vanraj is hiding something from them.
When Anupama returns home, Baa and the others warmly welcome her. Anupama expresses gratitude, saying she’s there because of everyone’s blessings. Baa performs aarti for her, and Indra and Meenu shower her with flower petals. Anupama tells Aadhya she will introduce her to Kaveri, and they meet Kaveri. Sagar brings a chair, and Anuj helps Anupama sit down while everyone dances around her. Anuj informs Anupama that her food stall is still running and hasn’t closed. Indra admits that while their food was good, it wasn’t as good as hers. Anuj adds that Meenu’s friends came to cook for themselves and even paid money for it. Kinjal comments that there are still good people in the world. Everyone insists that Anupama should rest. Aadhya and Meenu encourage her to take it easy, but Anupama worries about how they’ll pay Asha Bhavan’s tax. Anuj tells her to rest first. Aadhya offers to help with the stall and other work, saying she wants to be like her mother. She recalls seeing Anupama go from being a sweeper to a hotel owner and believes she can also make a big impact. Everyone smiles at her determination. Sagar jokes that Anupama’s motto should be “no work, only rest.” Baa leads the others back to the Shah house.
Anupama mentions she has some work to do, but Anuj suggests she can do it later. Anupama insists it needs to be done now. Baa comments that they’ve done all they could and expresses concern that Vanraj will be upset. Toshu agrees, saying that their mother is fine now. Baa remarks that they don’t need to have any further connection with them. Just then, they see Anupama arriving. Anuj wonders why she went there when she could have spoken later. Babuji points out that the people there are also her family. Anuj tells Babuji that Baa and he can scold Anupama if they want, but her own children came and scolded her. Anuj says he’ll go to her, and Aadhya offers to come along. Babuji stops them, saying Anupama can handle it—after all, she’s strong enough to fight with death.
Anupama asks Baa if she can come inside, calling out to her. Baa invites her in. Anupama says she doesn’t want to argue but needs to say something. She acknowledges that Baa cried and prayed a lot for her. She recalls her near-death experience and how life flashed before her eyes. Indra and others consider cleaning the ashram before Anupama arrives. Anupama explains that life is unpredictable, and we never know when our last moment will come. She urges Baa to value their time together and choose to stay with Babuji, comparing their love to that of Radha and Krishna, who couldn’t live without each other. She says she’ll talk to Babuji and asks Baa to think about it. Baa smiles, and Anupama affectionately calls her a good girl and hugs her.
