Anupama 10th September 2024 Written Episode: Dolly’s Shocking Demand – Shah Property Twist
The episode starts with Aadhya encouraging Anupama to proceed with the engagement. She asks Anuj to go ahead. Anuj then says no more tears, complaints, or misunderstandings, and kneels down to ask Anupama if she wants to marry him again. Meenu, Aadhya, Dimpy, Titu, and the kids cheer for her to say yes. The kids express their desire to see the wedding. Kinjal encourages Anupama to agree. Anuj jokingly says his knee hurts from waiting too long and gets up. Anupama, feeling happy but unsure, thinks Anuj understands her feelings. He patiently waits for her answer. Babu ji, Kinjal, and others tell her to take her time. Anuj assures her that she can take as long as she needs, but he hopes she’ll come.
At the Shah house, Babu ji asks Dolly why she caused a scene. Dolly explains that their family house has been sold to a builder, and no one told her. She asks if she’s not considered part of the family. Toshu says they thought their father informed her. Dolly questions why she isn’t getting her share of the house if everyone else is. Babu ji reminds her that she once said she didn’t want anything. Dolly changes her mind and says she wants her share now. Meenu asks why. Toshu says their father ran away with all the money, leaving nothing for anyone. Dolly insists she wants the penthouse from the builder. Babu ji tells them to figure it out.
Meanwhile, Anupama prays to God, asking for guidance. She loves Anuj deeply but feels uncertain about the idea of getting married again. She asks for clarity.
Dolly tells everyone that she’s returned to India. Meenu asks if her father agreed to move. Dolly says her husband doesn’t care about her, which shocks Baa. Dolly says she will now handle all the family property. Toshu is surprised, and Baa asks Meenu if everything is okay between her parents. Meenu reveals they fought a lot, which is why Dolly went to Russia and then came back.
Anuj tells Aadhya that even if Anupama doesn’t agree to the marriage, they are still one. He reassures her that Anupama’s happiness is what matters most to him. Anupama, meanwhile, reflects on her feelings, thinking about how Anuj is waiting for her answer.
Toshu worries that Pakhi made a mistake by inviting Dolly, thinking Dolly will cause trouble by demanding her share of the property. Kinjal tries to comfort him by offering him chocolate.
Baa reflects on the ups and downs of parenthood, saying it brings both joy and pain. She recounts all the hardships they’ve faced, from poverty to Vanraj’s divorce, and now with Vanraj disappearing. Babu ji admits they were wrong to think Dolly was happy. Baa says Dolly has brought new problems.
Kinjal tries to calm Toshu down, but he complains that Dolly never gave money to her family, only to her in-laws, and now she’s come to claim her rights. He suspects her husband Sanjay has left her, which is why she’s returned. Kinjal suggests Toshu needs to see a therapist.
Later, Anupama is walking in the hall and almost slips, but Anuj catches her. A romantic moment plays out as a song plays in the background. Anupama leaves, and Babu ji praises Anuj for giving her time. Anuj says he has always given her time, and he will continue to do so. Babu ji tells him this time, the test is his. Anuj says if her happiness lies in staying away from him, then he will accept it. Babu ji reassures him that her happiness is with him, and reminds Anuj that Anupama has always loved and cared for everyone but has never received full love in return. Babu ji explains that she’s afraid of getting hurt again, but once she’s sure her happiness is secure, she will run to him. Anuj vows to keep trying and hopes for a fairy-tale ending to their love story. The two share a hug.
Meanwhile, Meenu tries to leave, but Dolly stops her. Meenu insists she needs to go to Asha Bhavan for some arrangements. Dolly mentions that Pakhi told her about it. Meenu accuses Dolly of trusting Pakhi more than her and insists on going, explaining they are allowed there until tomorrow for the Bappa festival. Dolly reluctantly agrees and accompanies her.
Later, Aadhya introduces a game, and the kids start picking names. The first pair is Baa and Babu ji. Babu ji recites a poem for Baa, making her feel shy. Next, Titu and Nandita are chosen. Dimpy feels upset, but Babu ji reminds everyone that it’s just a game. Titu says he’s not good at poetry like Babu ji and Anuj, but speaks from the heart about what friendship means to him. He explains that people misunderstand his friendship. Aadhya then invites Ishu and Mahi to pick the next names.
