Amitabh Bachchan is very active on his blog, where he writes about his life, work, and daily experiences. In his latest post, he reflected on how Kaun Banega Crorepati allows him to meet people from all different backgrounds. He wrote, “You cannot separate yourself from the lives and circumstances of the contestants at KBC. We live in a world that is so different from theirs, just as theirs is from ours. Realizing this is a revelation for both sides.”
He continued, saying, “Their innocence offers a glimpse into a world that is often unseen and unknown. We are often unaware of the existence of those who live in the more remote and lesser-known parts of our society. When our two worlds meet, it creates a powerful moment where their curiosity to learn and our knowledge come together, revealing truths that we might not fully understand.”
He added, “The wonder in their eyes when they experience a world beyond their own for the first time is genuine. It makes us question how such different lives exist. When we see this, it humbles us, as their experiences often feel more profound than our own.”
Along with this post, Amitabh Bachchan shared several pictures of himself from the set of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. After reflecting on the contestants, he mentioned that he has more to say but feels he needs to understand it better before he can fully express his thoughts.
For those who may not know, Amitabh Bachchan has been the face of Kaun Banega Crorepati since it first aired in 2000. Due to health issues, he stepped down from hosting duties in the 3rd season, and Shah Rukh Khan took over for that season. However, since the 4th season, Amitabh Bachchan has been continuously hosting the show without a break.
